Terms: We request a 50% Deposit at placement of your order, and the balance due upon delivery. All orders will be received C.O.D. unless credit and terms have been approved. A service charge of 2% per month will be applied to all past due balances, including past due interest. All claims and returns must be made with in 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Items must first be returned to receive credit. No Cash refunds for refused merchandise. Seller reserves the right to resale items refused by buyer for any reason. Returned Checks will be subject to a $25.00 per check charge. All Freight is F.O.B. point of origin.

Conditions: All prices are subject to change without notice. We assume no responsibility if price change notices are not received. In the event of new federal or state taxes or legislation affecting the cost of items shown herein, North Bay and Spirit Sportswear reserves the right to increase prices proportionately. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

Delivery: Delivery time between 5 and 10 working days depending upon work load. Add $25.00 or 25% (whichever is more) for rush orders.

Minimum Order: 24 pieces per design. Orders of less then 2 Dozen are subject to a $25.00 service charge

Canceled or Refused Orders: Canceled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus applicable freight charges. Orders cannot be canceled after the imprinting process has began.
