Additional Charges: Add .75¢ each for printing on Satin, Nylon, or Mesh Products. Add .45¢ each for pant leg, sleeve prints, above or on a pocket. Additional $25.00 setup fee for multicolor prints on or above pockets. Add .50¢ each item for Photo chromic Plastisol and Thermo chromic Plastisol, .25¢ each item for Puff, Shimmer, or Suide prints.

Art Charges: All art is quoted at $65.00 per hour.

Terms: We except Visa, MasterCard, or your check over the phone. We request a 50% Deposit at placement of your order, and the balance due upon delivery. All orders will be received C.O.D. unless credit and terms have been approved. All claims and returns must be made with in 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Items must first be returned to receive credit. No Cash refunds for refused merchandise. Seller reserves the right to resale items refused by buyer for any reason. Returned Checks will be subject to a $50.00 per check charge. We are allowed a 2% error rate on all provided goods orders. (Standard in Industry)

Net Accounts: Net Terms are given at the discression of North Bay Sportswear. Net terms do not apply to rush orders. Accounts with net terms are given a 3 day grace period. If payment is received past the 3 day grace period, account status will revert to COD, or to Net 5 to 15 days. 2% per month interest will be applied to past due accounts as allowed by law.

Conditions: All prices are subject to change without notice. We assume no responsibility if price change notices are not received. In the event of new federal or state taxes or legislation affecting the cost of items shown herein, North Bay and Spirit Sportswear reserves the right to increase prices proportionately. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

Shipping: F.O.B. Our location, or point of origin.

Handling: There is a handling charge for provided goods arriving to us individually wrapped. .20¢ per item to unpackage, and .25¢ per item to repackage.

Delivery: Delivery time is 10 working days for repeat orders, and 15 working days for new orders. Rush orders are $50.00 or 25% of gross whichever is more. We assume no responsibility if rush orders are done incorrectly due to the elimination of our standard proofing process.

Minimum Order: 12 pieces per design. 12 piece minimum charge for orders of less then 12 pieces.

Canceled or Refused Orders: Canceled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus applicable freight charges. Orders cannot be canceled after the imprinting process has began.

Art Proof: We recommend each customer to proof new art before the screen making and printing process has begun. If customer declines to proof art, said customer will be responsible for the reproduction of that art. North Bay Sportswear will assume no responsibility for incorrect art after approval by customer, or representative of customer.

Special Service Charge: An additional labor charge may incure for printing on items that require a special set-up or additional handling.
