1.) Starting Salary: $24,000 per year base salary.

2.) Commission: 5% of the gross on list prices, or 33% of the net on bid jobs.
Any discounts on artwork, screen setup etc., will result in less commission, and must first be approved by Management.

3.) HOUSE ACCOUNTS: House accounts will be assigned to each Agent. A 5% to 20% Commission will be paid on these accounts. Commission rate will be assigned to the Agent at the time of transfer.
