Agents Employed by Spirit Sportswear & Marketing Co., /North Bay Sportswear will receive the following commissions.

1.) SCHOOL ACCOUNTS: Agents selling Spirit Sportswear's School wear Fundraising Program will receive commissions based on gross sales at the rate of 12%for first time orders, and 10% for re-orders. Main orders following first time sample orders will be considered first time orders and agent will receive 12% commission.

2.) NEW OUTSIDE ACCOUNTS: For new accounts not related to the school wear Program, Agents will receive 12% of the gross, or 33% of the net, (whichever is less) on first time orders, and 10% of the gross, or 33% of the net,(which ever is less) on repeat orders. Any discounts on artwork, screen set-up etc., will result in less commission, and must first be approved by Management.

 3.) HOUSE ACCOUNTS: House accounts may be assigned to each Agent. A 5% to 20% Commission will be paid on these accounts. Commission rate will be assigned to the Agent at the time of transfer.

Agents are guaranteed repeat sales as long as the the customer is happy with the Agent's service and demeanor.

As Additional sales incentive, bonuses will be given at the following rates:

A.) Upon reaching $50,000.00 in gross yearly sales: a bonus of $500.00 will be paid to the Agent. (Subject

to quarterly review).

B.) Upon reaching $100,000.00 in gross yearly sales; a bonus of $750.00 will be paid to the Agent. (Subject

to quarterly review).

C.) Upon reaching $150,000.00 in gross yearly sales; a bonus of $1000.00 will be paid to the Agent, and

a expense account of $200.00 per month will be granted as long as sales volumes maintained, subject

to quarterly review.

D.) Upon reaching $250,000.00 in gross yearly sales; a bonus of $1250.00.00 will be paid to the Agent with

an increase in expenses paid to $300.00 per month, subject to quarterly review.

E..) Upon reaching $300,000.00 in gross sales; the Agent will receive an expense account of $300.00

per month and a salary of $300.00 per month, subject to quarterly review.

G..) Upon reaching $500,000.00 in gross yearly sales; the Agent will receive an increase in expenses to

$500.00 per month and a salary of $750.00 per month, subject to quarterly review.

H.) Upon reaching $1,000,000.00 in gross yearly sales; the Agent will be made a partner with the company, and receive 10% to 20% of the Net Profit!
