The "Products" of Spirit Sportswear, and North Bay Sportswear consist of the following items and services.

1.) All imprinted and non-imprinted sportswear items and products sold by Spirit Sportswear/North Bay Sportswear including but not limited to T-shirts Sweatshirts, Sweat pants, Shorts, Sport Shirts, Tank Tops, Hats, Jackets, Backpacks, and Sport-Bags.

2.) Any and all Imprinting including but not limited to Screen Printing, Embroidery, Heat Transfers

3.) Artwork, typesetting, layout, and all other forms of graphic services used in the design and pre-production of all types of printed materials.

4.) Spirit Sportswear's Schoolwear Fundraising Program, including all products and services contained therein
