Compensation is based on performance. New agents will be paid a start up salary plus commission and expenses for the first 6 months. Commission and expenses will be paid after month 6. $100,000.00 in house accounts will be handed over to sales agent after 60 days of employment. Agents will be required to develop and manage potential customer databases provided by North Bay Sportswear. 25 office hours per week will be required as part of our training program for the first 6 months. Health benefits available after 90 days employment.

1.) SCHOOL ACCOUNTS: Agents selling Spirit Sportswear's School wear Fundraising Program will receive commissions based on gross sales at the rate of 10%
2.) NEW CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS: For new accounts not related to the school wear Program, Agents will receive 10% of the gross on book price orders, or 33% of the net, on bid jobs. Any discounts on artwork, screen setup etc., will result in less commission, and must first be approved by Management.
3.) HOUSE ACCOUNTS: House accounts will be assigned to each Agent. A 5% to 20% Commission will be paid on these accounts. Commission rate will be assigned to the Agent at the time of transfer.
Agents are guaranteed commissions on repeat sales as long as sales are active, (1 per year) and the customer is happy with the Agent's service and demeanor.

A.) Upon reaching $50,000.00 in gross yearly sales: a bonus of $500.00 will be paid to the Agent. (Subject
to review).
B.) Upon reaching $100,000.00 in gross yearly sales; a bonus of $750.00 will be paid to the Agent. (Subject
to review).
C.) Upon reaching $200,000.00 in gross yearly sales; a bonus of
$1000.00 will be paid to the Agent, subject
to review.
D..) Upon reaching $300,000.00 in gross yearly sales; a bonus of
$1500.00 will be paid to the Agent,
subject to review.
E..) Upon reaching $500,000.00 in gross yearly sales; a bonus of
$2500.00.00 will be paid to the Agent,
subject to review.
F.) Upon reaching $1,000,000.00 in gross yearly sales;a bonus of
$10,000.00.00 will be paid to the Agent,
subject to review.
